This website (lisajgreen.com) is operated by Lisa J Green ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller of any personal data you provide to us through this site, including via the REACT™ Assessment and book-notification sign-up.

• Identity and contact data: first name, last name, work email, organisation, role.
• Assessment data: your answers, pillar scores, overall score, tier, and any free-text response describing your biggest resilience challenge.
• Consent data: whether you opted in to book notifications and the time you did so.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and basic usage data collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

• To deliver your results — lawful basis: performance of a contract / steps taken at your request.
• To send you the welcome email with your REACT score — same basis as above.
• To send you notifications about The Resilience Intelligence Playbook and related updates — lawful basis: your explicit consent. You can withdraw at any time (see section 7).
• To secure the site and prevent abuse — lawful basis: legitimate interests.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors who help us run the service:

• Hosting and database: Lovable Cloud / Supabase (EU region).
• Email delivery: Resend.

Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement and only handles your data on our instructions.

Where personal data leaves the UK or EEA (for example to a US-based sub-processor), we rely on UK International Data Transfer Agreements or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.

• Lead and assessment data: up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted.
• Marketing list (book notifications): until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct it; have it erased; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise any of these by emailing hello@lisajgreen.com. Every marketing email also contains an unsubscribe link.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage required to run the assessment. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
